Good Morning Cambridge!
Please listen to our morning announcements.
The quote of the day is
“To learn how to succeed, you first must learn how to fail.”
by Shaquille O’Neal
This means you won’t learn without making mistakes.
Did you know that today is Mrs. Vose’s last day at Cambridge? We will miss her a lot! So stop by the office to say good bye.
Today is also the last day before Spring Break starts! Whoo!
The library monitors for today are Jenna and Mya.

Huge thanks to all the families that walked and talked and enjoyed a coffee with the City of Surrey this morning on our Community Walk & Talk. If you missed it, you can still share your feedback about your walk to school (highlites and lowlites). Just drop the PAC an email and we’ll compile the feedback and forward to the city. cambridgepacyac@shaw.ca
Learning to fail – I came across a brilliant blog post on this very subject earlier this week. The post was centred around the quote “Do not handicap your children by making their lives easy.” by Robert A. Heinlein. The wisdom the mom adds in her blog post is fantastic. Check it out:

Huge thanks to parent, Manjit, for the heads up on this great notice from Surrey Schools and Fraser Health about Whooping Cough. Take a peek at the notice and visit the Fraser Health website for more information on symptoms.
